What to expect on your 1st exam?

During your FREE consultation you will have the opportunity to explain what your goals are and why you think your body is not performing as expected.

Next, we complete a Posture Screening (detailed below) to get a baseline of how you are now, we then compare this 1 month later to show your results

You will be asked for information about your current condition and also about your medical history and overall health.

Care Plan
After your assessments and tests, I will explain what is wrong and whether your condition can be helped by chiropractic treatment. I will give you a care plan. I will also advise about exercises and lifestyle changes that can help you to manage your condition and assist with your recovery.

You will be able to ask questions so that you fully understand what treatment is being proposed.

All details about your health and treatment are strictly confidential. No one will be allowed to see your records without your permission.

Most of us have unequal leg length. This is our speciality!

Balanced or Imbalanced Bones
Examinations Information

In our life-span, we walk, run, sit and stand a great deal...
Therefore, tiny misalignments of our hips when we are young will directly impact future spinal problems.
Many of us are told that "you have a short leg" This is the most over diagnosed and most misunderstood statement.

There is literally such a small percent of the population that are actually born with one femur anatomically shorter/longer than the other. This difference in leg length is really due to restricted movements of the hip, not allowing the leg to return to the neutral position. Even Achilles ruptures, as well as knee & hip surgeries do not usually account for a difference of 4 CM, which can be resolved from our proper treatment technique.

It is most important that both legs are Re-checked to be balanced with ongoing treatment after a hip adjustment.
